Before his return to heaven Jesus spoke to his disciples, in (Mt. 28:18-20) saying, "All authority hath been given unto me in heaven and on earth. Go ye therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit: teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world" (THE GREAT COMMISSION.)
And out of this Great Command was birth the vision for Trumpet Radio. Spreading the gospel around the world, The Great commission was spoken by Jesus to his twelve disciples, and from that twelve you now have a world filled with Christians, but the work is far from complete. We the (present day disciples) have too much work and no time to waste; "By all means possible" must the Gospel of Jesus Christ be spread. Gone are the days of manmade limitation and poor excuse. The gospel must be spread and Jesus will not come back and do it. It is up to us to carry out his command. Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand; (Joel 2:1)
